The Father's Hand

‘Your hand will guide me’ (Psalm 139:10).

Your hands are so loving Father. Your hands are full of so much wisdom and hope. Your hands can heal any wound. Your hands are warm and gentle. It's your arms that I want to run to for comfort, wisdom and guidance. I long to be close to you each and every day.

Do you long to be close to the Father? Each and everyday do you seek him? Many of us go through time's in our lives where we feel a little lost. Perhaps a little scared because life can be confusing and complicated. If this is how your feeling right now your far from alone. I've had time's in my life when I've felt that way. Thankfully the Father always lovingly whispered in my ear each and every time. He would tell me I was loved. He'd tell me I was seen. He'd tell me that I was never alone. He'd remind me that I was never forgotten. He'd tell me to take his hands. Like a little lost child he'd help me find my way again.

Father we tend to be people who get lost often. We wonder sometimes for days, months or even years in the wilderness of life. Really we should be wondering to you. You find the lost and you give them a clear path. You see the sick and hurting heart and you restore it. In all of our travels I pray that are goal destination would be you. May you be what we seek. May your hands be what we reach out for. May your love be the love that changes the world. No one has to be lost. We can all take your hands and be led home.
