Open Arms

You might think you've missed your opportunity to return to the Lord. Maybe you think your window of time has closed. It hasn't. The Lord is still waiting to recive you with open arms. You haven't missed your chance but tomorrow is not promised. Our next breath is not even promised. Don't continue to delay your return with the Lord. Let today be the day that you return to him. 

Yes , it's scary to admit when we've lost our way. It's not easy to say that we've fallen off of the beaten path and wondering away from the Lord. Yet many people out there have gotten lost before. I was lost before. You know who found me it was God. God found me in my wondering. He found me in all of my brokenness. He forgave me for wondering away. He loved me enough to help me heal. He taught me how to belive in him and how to trust him. He can do all of this and more for you but you have to be willing to let him. The choice is yours to make no one else can make it for you.

I pray that you willingly open up your heart. I pray that you get real and honest with the Lord. I hope that you don't hold anything back from him. If your heart tells you to weep then do it. There's healing in tears. Tears can release so much. Tears will be the start of you letting go and letting God. Be genuinely sorry for the mistakes you've made but don't stay stuck in unforgiveness. If God can forgive you then don't you think it's time for you to forgive yourself? Perhaps you will feel a nudge to fast for a time being. Maybe you will be called to purge and really rid yourself of some toxic habits and ways. If so don't worry the Lord will guide you through this fasting process. My advice is be open and willing to learn because I guarantee he will be teaching you something through this experience. 

My prayer for all of us today is that we remember that nothing is ever to lost that it can't be found. If your lost today the Lord still sees you. He still loves you. You still can come back to him. You haven't wondered to far from his reach. You can still return to him today. You don't have to stay lost when he can love you, heal you and help you.. Make the choice to come back to him today. Tomorrow is never promised. The Lord is reaching out to you today.

Don't delay anymore. Don't stay lost. Don't stay stuck. Come back to him. He loves you. He forgives you. Let him lead you out of your darkness and back into the light.
